• Monitoring of the effective coordination and collaboration between partners within the project

• Fulfillment of the project activities and targets within time schedule and budget constrains

 

Main activities:

The overall management of the project involves financial, legal and administrative management as well as monitoring and reporting to the European Commission on the project’s progress.
